• Derby — 45 Brunel Parkway, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8HR. Monday – Friday 9:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
• Cannock — 31 Wolverhampton Road, Cannock WS11 1SP. Monday – Tuesday 8:30am – 7:00pm, Wednesday – Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday Closed, Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
• Home visits — free across the UK including all six counties of Northern Ireland, with no call-out charge.

Prices

• Hearing tests: free, in clinic or at home, with no obligation.
• Ear wax removal: £25 no wax, £40 wax in one ear, £65 wax in both ears.
• Hearing aids: from £695 a pair fitted, with a 30-day money-back guarantee and lifetime aftercare.
