  • Cannock — 31 Wolverhampton Road, Cannock WS11 1SP. Monday – Tuesday 8:30am – 7:00pm, Wednesday – Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday Closed, Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Home visits — free across the UK including all six counties of Northern Ireland, with no call-out charge.

Prices

  • Hearing tests: free, in clinic or at home, with no obligation.
  • Ear wax removal: £25 no wax, £40 wax in one ear, £65 wax in both ears.

Is the hearing test really free?

Yes. Our full diagnostic hearing test is free at both clinics and in your own home, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

How long does a hearing test take?

Around an hour. That covers the discussion, the ear examination, the testing itself and time to go through your results properly.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. Pride Hearing is a private clinic, so you can book directly with us.

How often should I have my hearing tested?

Every two years is sensible from your fifties onward, or sooner if you have noticed a change or work around noise.

What if the test shows I need hearing aids?

We will talk you through the options at your own pace. Our full range is available at both clinics, and there is never any pressure to decide on the day.

Can you test my hearing at home?

Yes. We bring clinic-grade equipment to your home anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland, free of charge.
